PAYMENT

Stephanieverafter accepts both PayPal and most major credit cards.

Import duties: Customs policies and import duties differ largely from country to country. Unfortunately, we will not know if items ordered by our customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid for by you, the recipient of the parcel.



SHIPPING

We provide worldwide shipping for all of our items. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery time, for international shipping. We encourage all international customers to allow plenty of time for their item to arrive, especially if it is for a special occasion.

All orders take 3-5 business days to dispatch, as each piece is made to order.

We provide free tracking on all Flower Crown, Garland and Bun Topper parcels.

Postage and packing is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the size and weight of your parcel.

Please allow plenty of time before ordering your piece, especially if it is for a special occasion.

Please allow up to 7 working days for all UK orders.

Please allow up to 14 working days for all international orders.

Shipping times may differ at busy postal periods such as Christmas, which we cannot be held responsible for.

RETURNS

We take great care to ensure that each of our pieces are accurately depicted in our website photos and descriptions. Including, where possible, the colour and materials we have used and the size of each design. In most cases our photos include our designs worn on a model, to give you the most accurate idea of size and shape. However, please note that on occasion some items may differ slightly to those seen on our site, due to each item being handmade and individual.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. It is the customer’s responsibility to view product photos and read product descriptions prior to purchase.



ARRANGING RETUNRS OR REFUNDS

We hope that you adore your Stephanieverafter accessory, but in the event that you find yourself unhappy with your new item we are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage fees), upon the agreement that the item is returned to us unworn, in its original condition and original packaging within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refund your item, if it is not sent back to us in its original condition without a slip containing your full name, order date and the name of the product you are returning.



To arrange a return you must email us at: sales@stephanieveraftercrowns.co.uk with your full name, email address, order date and order number including a description of the problem and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Please note we do not accept returns or faulty goods without prior agreement, so please ensure to email us first with the above information and wait for our response before sending a return.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Please ensure then that sufficient postage is paid for on your retuning item, as we are unable to accept returns which do not adhere to this. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and also use recorded delivery for your returning item as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.

You must include a slip with your return containing your full name, order date and the name of the product you are returning.



We reserve the right to accept returns or refund items based upon the view that the item was not as shown in pictures, unless you can provide us with photographic evidence to prove otherwise.

All sale items are final and non-refundable.



We do not accept returns nor refund custom made items.



CANCELLING AN ORDER

Each of our items are handmade individually. If for any reason you do need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so within 24 hours. Here after, orders will not be able to be refunded.

Please note that if the item is made-to-measure you may only cancel the order prior to shipping provided that the garment hasn’t been altered or made yet.

We reserve the right to refund your order if the garment has already been manufactured.



CANCELLING A CUSTOM ORDER

For most custom orders we order special materials to make your bespoke piece. Often these materials are so unique that they cannot be used again by us, in the future. Custom orders often take very long lengths of time to manufacture. It is our policy then that we will not refund custom orders after a deposit or full payment has been made by the customer. We are however happy to make changes to your custom order, where reasonable, so long as we are contacted in a respectful amount of time.



FAULTY ITEMS

In the event of receiving an item you deem to be faulty, we would kindly ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos that clearly show the damaged item. A repair will be offered in the first instance on any damaged items. If a repair cannot be made, a replacement piece will be issued.

We will only offer a refund if a repair or replacement cannot be offered.
