Generally your order will be delivered to the address that you provide within one week from Monday to Friday (weekends we do not make deals).
All our shipments are well packed and protected to preserve the integrity of the item. After you receive your item, if you detect any defects, you’ll have 24 hours to call and place a complaint with the carrier.
If for any reason you wish to return a product within 14 days of delivery, you can do so, as long as it is in perfect condition, both the product and its packaging.

How do I return a product? Simply send us an e-mail to, we will provide the address to which you’ll have to send the item, that will allow you to complete the process in a quick and efficient manner.
No refunds will be custom engraved products or any alteration that commissioned the customer, once.
Broken or damaged products:
If you return a broken or defective product and the cause is attributable to us, we will be happy to send you a new one and pick up the old, but the complaint has to be placed within 7 days.

Returns and changes are usually processed within 7 days.
If the payment was made by credit card or PayPal, the refund shall be made directly through the same payment method.
